GOD IS LIGHT 

I John 1:5b “God is light and in him is no darkness at all.” 

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth; and the Bible declares that the earth was without form, and that it was empty, and that darkness was upon the face of the earth, and God said, “Let there be light,” and light appeared.    

The God who created the heavens and the earth created us without sin; but when sin entered, through Adam, the light in us was supplanted by darkness.   Thus, separation came between God and man, so God had to give his only begotten son, Jesus Christ, in order to restore man to the glory of God.   

God is a God of righteousness.  Everything He created was good, according to Scripture--including you and me.  Today, God is asking you to return to your original condition by giving your life to Jesus Christ and allowing him to make all things new again, in your life.
